Stageworks

Stageworks serves as a vibrant platform for students to explore their creativity, discover their unique strengths, and express themselves through the performing arts. With a mission to provide a safe and enjoyable space, Stageworks nurtures individuals who share a passion for drama, empowering them to grow both as performers and individuals. Members of Stageworks are immersed in all aspects of stagecraft, including acting, scriptwriting, set design, and production management. Through dynamic activities and hands-on experiences, students develop their artistic knowledge and skills while cultivating teamwork, resilience, and confidence.

Stageworks has been a proud participant in the prestigious Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Arts Presentation, consistently earning recognition for its performances. Additionally, the club stages bi-annual productions within the College, offering members the opportunity to showcase their hard work and talents to the school community. Central to the success of Stageworks is its longstanding partnership with its trainer, Mr. Dharan. His thoughtfully curated training programme and extensive expertise have enriched the members’ learning journey, fostering a deep appreciation for the art of drama.

Beyond the stage, Stageworks plays a significant role in enriching the cultural fabric of the College. By encouraging students to embrace creativity and collaboration, the club contributes to their holistic development and strengthens the College’s vibrant arts scene.
